I am an architectural designer, writer and researcher.
I have lived, worked, and studied in major urban centres and remote northern areas.
(ex. Rome and The Cree Nation of Wemindji)

This contrast of experience has informed my interest in ethical and culturally-aware practices in engaging with communities in the Canadian landscape.
In Toronto, where I have roots, my work is keenly focused on Indigenous place-making within urban centres.
Topics of interest are influenced by the places I go and the people I meet.

[I also dance kathak and flamenco (and occasionally house, alone in my apartment)]

/On my writing desk/
The architecture of colonialism in Ireland,
Gibellina: Sicilian graveyard of post-modern architecture

/On my nightstand/
The Secret Life Of Date Palms, Cyril Veillon
The City As A Project, Pier Vittorio Aureli
Mad Love, Andre Breton (Again)
